You probably arent getting any 0002s. Ive been on the bid there for days and days now. I doubt anyone going to dump 100 million shares now for any 0002s to fill.
Who knows though. Have a bunch at 0002 (doubt itll get filled in those billions of shares there, but also a few at 0003 which is decent).
I think though if you want in itll take buys at 0004, and hope for 0003s
