Thank you, but it would be GREAT if I had to hold JUST for 30 minutes! At eTrade NOW, you can't even get someone to answer in FOUR HOURS, at which time their phone just hangs up on you! I can't even get an answer back thru their Message Center!
SO WHAT GOOD is Etrade to its Customers anymore?! It NEVER used to be like this at Etrade before they hooked up with JP Morgan~ but now they blame it on the holidays, getting close to Tax-Time, & sudden popularity of stock-trading.
Hope SOMEbody can get hold of Etrade & put the fear of God in 'em ASAP, or they'll lose Customers by the droves....
THIS ABOVE type of Customer Service is RIDICULOUS!
