1) The reference to 2016 was in YOUR original post. 2) My information comes from NASDAQ, not Investopedia. YES! Rules are updated & amended all the time. 3) Like I already said, "I" do not advocate a reverse split. It may only be "necessary" if they wanted to uplist "now", but they don't.
I stand by my original comment that simply stated "they could begin the uplist process immediately if they wanted to".
