Thank you for posting!

While mine backers and developers remain optimistic, a trio of national authorities expressed doubt that the mine will ever happen. That is despite recent publicity about “rare earth minerals” (including scandium) and the need for the U.S. to develop its own sources and processing capability. That is because China enjoys a near-monopoly over the minerals.

I don't understand this argument. There are already niobium (Thyssen Krupp actually wanted to have more) and scandium off-take agreements in place. This alone should prove the opposite. Furthermore, China doesn't own a near-monopoly over scandium as soon as this mine is going in production.
Can someone provide me a source to the statement of this trio? I can't open the link to the article "due to legal reasons".

At first I was annoyed at the article as it looked like a hit piece....But then I started to realize any news is good news for Niocorp! Just being talked about has actually helped us rather then having a price drop...who knows maybe out ship has come in lol.

I wonder if Niocorp's share price will continues to drop because of this jerks news article last week. Being Niocorps biggest fan I am not happy with a 6% drop but I will continue to believe in mark! Cheers everyone hope the new year is starting off well!
