The first location is expected to open as soon as the license is obtained (approximately 3 months) and the next 4-5 locations are expected to open over the next 12 months.

DB has had the Retail Operator License Since May 2020 and FUNN claimed that it would be 3 months to get a license.

So, if He already had an active license back in May 2020, why didn't the kiosk open by December 2020?

RC Most Importantly - please provide details of "partnership" with DB (who obviously owns 100% of Tokin Management and 100% Tokin Dispensaries, Inc. Therefore DB owns 100% of the Cannabis Retail Operator License below.

THAT IS 100% NOT in the the best interest of minority SH - FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.

ALL MJ Licenses SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE 100% OWNED BY AMFIL TECHNOLOGIES AND BE UNDER AMFIL TECHNOLOGIES' NAME.

Pretty straightforward. Funny I see bs criticism on all licenses should be owned by FUNN, apparently those criticisms don’t understand what the word ‘partnership’ means lol
