Frost lowest PPS bought yesterday was @ $3.96. Mine was @ $3.93, but mine wasn't for 100,000 shares.

I don’t understand his buying lately. It’s been a few big blocks over months. Used to be weekly. It also tells us no buyout offer anytime soon.
