IMO..... the SEC is worthless!!!! FROST RELEASES INFO THAT THEY HAVE MORE MONEY BEING Paid for a director who also gets options.... the price starts dropping , and he buys more... having lots more info than the average shareholder!!! I know there are acceptable buying plans for insiders.... but I don't agree with them!! Makes it in their interest To release as little info to the public as is legal!!!
