NWBO also trades on a German exchange. I have no real knowledge about how that works but it's just possible the premarket shares are actually shares traded in Frankfurt or whichever exchange over there, which of course is some hours ahead of NY hence already open for a while. But that's just a WAG, can't think of any other way shares trade before the NY open.

Fidelity shows $1.81 Bid and $1.84 Ask.
Also strange by showing a trade of 5130 shares
either early or probably late from last market day.

Go NWBO. I do like what I see...and feel! It will be
