BTW, you're correct. Not only is there a floor on the current financing, but had the past been so, we would be, for lack of a better word, dead.

Now, I know that people are here tossing around information and opinion as if it's fact - 'friendly' fred the MODERATOR comes to mind - but it isn't.

This has been discussed and editorialized here, ad nauseum. Not only does the thread need to come to an end, IMO, but the posts need to be deleted. In fact, I remember Matt deleted some of them months ago because they were repetitive.

Sentinel, "death spiral" refers to its effect on share price. It doesn't mean that the company is dying, just its market value. Im not knocking edig entirely either. It may have been the only way they could procur funds quickly. Ive read about companies who have done equity finance deals not knowing the consequences. I think the same thing may have happened here. I would expect more from Furman though. It hurts to recall all the speculation about our "new investors" that went on immediately after the announcement was made (some of which I was guilty of) all the while one of the rb bashers was telling us what was actually happening.
