Sentinel, "death spiral" refers to its effect on share price. It doesn't mean that the company is dying, just its market value. Im not knocking edig entirely either. It may have been the only way they could procur funds quickly. Ive read about companies who have done equity finance deals not knowing the consequences. I think the same thing may have happened here. I would expect more from Furman though. It hurts to recall all the speculation about our "new investors" that went on immediately after the announcement was made (some of which I was guilty of) all the while one of the rb bashers was telling us what was actually happening.
