Yea, I’m holding still and planned to be long on this, but this past few weeks has raised serious red flags here. Still trying to be cautiously optimistic but this has been really bad dumping the past two weeks. There should be no reason they weren’t current by the time the merger was completed, other companies had no problem fast tracking filings that I’ve been in. And they’ve been silent this whole month as this tanked too. For a company that claims they want to be legit and taken serious and uplist etc, this is just not very reassuring for share holders at all.

I think there was only approx. 100,000,000 shares to be converted since last filing so that should have only brought the market cap down 5-12 million if all of the note holders sold and if all were converted.
