Agreed. But the problem is how do you fix it. The Constitution assigns the decision to the states as to how to run their elections.

The states can't even come up with a uniform method of when to open a mail in ballot or when it should be received or postmarked.

There are federal and state laws for checking the process but it's up to the states to safely do the process, and they did.

What is needed is a federal law that is mandated to the states that a party only has one chance for a lawsuit with credible evidence and one chance for an appeal, then no more attempts under penalty of disbarment and fines to all frivolous attempts after the legal number.

Maybe even include only allowable up to 3 states or something.

There's no sane reason that the administration could file 50 something lawsuits over and over.
