Even if the endpoints never changed, and even if they had failed, a top tier publication would publish it, because it would be final unblinded analysis. The only reason they didn’t do it before in top tier journal is because the data was still blinded and interim.
(BTW, For what it’s worth, I’m still very hopeful all or most endpoints will be met)
