Not just rewarding failure, Monksdream, but the big cheese regulator, SEC,
is derelict in enforcing their own Mission Statements for the underbelly OTC markets.

EG., TSNP has broken most securities ethics, and probably laws, that really should compel the SEC to stop the carnage....but does diddly-bo-squat.
