No that’s not how Share cancellation works at all they can’t take shares back like that they don’t buy them if there’s any shares left over they just cancel them and return them to the treasury they don’t buy them back Jesus Christ. And no the 8K was not any kind of notification of a share buyback. The company has to publicly announce they are buying shares prior to it taking place canceling shares and buying back shares are not the same thing
Sorry but wrong again. If the company is canceling shares they’re canceling shares that are in the AS that are unsold. they’re not buying them back there simply canceling them. Canceling shares in a buyback are completely different. There has been no announcement of anybody back so anyone claiming a buyback is just spreading false information
