That is how a share cancelation works and technically the 8-k notified us by telling us the preferred shares were worth 93% the control and the SEC reports clearly show 8.27B in slid shares were covered with 9B. They let us know using a simple math puzzle and it's no coincidence there are two equations that come to nearly the same answer. Seen in my pinned DD.
