Sounds like they are still waiting on licenses to be transferred or 100% completely transferred.

Still in business is a good point, as they only had $2million cash at the end of the last quarter, and that’s not very much money for a business with 65 employees.

I emailed IR today and received a reply in less than two hours. Same info as you reported, plus they were checking as to why the shareholder meeting announcement was not yet out, but suspected it would be out today. As we all can expect, they can say little more than there's an active pipeline for acquisitions, star buds on track to close - anything more and they'd be risking disclosures. I'm satisfied with waiting, and will enjoy the holidays knowing this is coming to fruition and then some.
