"The company is innocent until proven guilty. It's that simple!"
Based on past experience we already know the company is run by a bunch of liars that have broken their promises over and over again. My concern is that after the OSC investigation things are not only as bad as they seem but worse! I doubt we will know any more by next Saturday than we do now.

Airys, with all due respect, they are guilty based on results. If they are innocent in the eyes of the law, which I honestly don't believe at this point, they are guilty of poorly running the company. Either way the result for us is the same, we lost money. Ignorance is no excuse. They assumed a position of responsibility, and agreed to execute that position in a responsible manner. They have not done that, whether it was through criminal intent, or through plain stupidity. It doesn't matter, there is no valid excuse.

My personal belief at this point is that there WAS criminal intent. They hid the fact, or tried to, that the company was selling shares by transfering them to nominee accounts for the sales. I have seen pictures, and you have been there yourself, did you see anything that looked to be worth 12 million dollars??? I saw some older buildings, a muddy parking lot, nothing that couldn't be purchased for less than a million in most areas of THIS country. From what I understand the Windsor area isn't all that booming and property values should be quite reasonable. We were lead to believe that the company has been profitable for at least the last few years. Why all the debt??? I mean, some debt is normal. But those buildings and land has likely been paid off for years. Am I wrong in this assessment? You've been there and can answer that better than I. The picture just doesn't make sense to me.

I don't know about jumping to conclusions, I myself go by what I see, hear, and read.

Let's start with the 350 mil cement deal that never existed? Or how about the A/F's that also never existed?? I remember PV stating several times, " we have them in hand" I know, I know, just a misunderstanding, right?

Yes, I could go on about all the other broken promises that SLJB has made, but why bother.

For SLJB, PV and SS to now try to put all of these blatant lies as "misunderstandings" is just plain laughable.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say, they have made way to many false statements to try the, " it's all just misunderstandings" BS

I say that we will find out over the next week or so, just how crooked PV and SS have been.

Will they get what they deserve???? Hell no! Only us share holders will be left holding the bag.

Airys!
come on. Petar has already said he lied numerous times. He also released news that the audited fins were being reviewed by the BOD even though the auditors never saw page one of any info & you want us to say "the company is innocent until proven guilty"? he released unaudited fins that he now says aren't correct (or even close for that matter) and oh yeah, something about selling $7.8 million worth of our stock illegally it appears. I have left out numerous other infractions that everyone but you seems to be able to grasp. Plus we have a real good shot of being halted next week imho. Petar, Steve, & Andrew to jail,
regards longs,
buddy
p.s. you were going to tell me how Petar & co. spent our $7.8 million, remember? you said you were told how & it was on the up & up, according to you. but yet no explanation yet. You are in too deep Airys, don't get burned further.
