No one you mention has lied and cheated like the sljb management has. The OSC does not do hearings on a whim, they make sure they have a case before they start as it is costly and time consuming.

If you try to lay out the crap about no court has convicted them blah blah blah....... Read the Prs They have blatant lies that have lead to fraud.

we are at 10 or so strikes now, hopefully regulatory agencies will stop sljb before many more occur.


I would love if you could compare sljb's record of statements to Jim and Janices, if you do you will see that sljb nears 100% lies and Jim and Janice 100% truth, pretty damn good record ehhh?

None of us (I assume) sold 109 million UNREGISTERED shares, as SLJB did.

None of us (I assume) sold nearly 500 million "insider" held shares in direct violation of Rule 144.

It is not "speculation" that these shares were sold, since both Airys & Hog reported the sales.

It is not "speculation" that these shares were never registered or required filings made, since the SEC shows no filings of any kind after the Reg.D exemption in May of 2005 which expired in May of 2006, and limited sales proceeds to $1 million.
