None of us (I assume) sold 109 million UNREGISTERED shares, as SLJB did.

None of us (I assume) sold nearly 500 million "insider" held shares in direct violation of Rule 144.

It is not "speculation" that these shares were sold, since both Airys & Hog reported the sales.

It is not "speculation" that these shares were never registered or required filings made, since the SEC shows no filings of any kind after the Reg.D exemption in May of 2005 which expired in May of 2006, and limited sales proceeds to $1 million.
