why would DL fast track XMET only to screw them with a merger and immediate RS? That would only hurt his reputation and piss off shareholders. And correctly it would hurt his future custodian plays

My question is this, where did you come up with that number? 100million shares are preferred and 884Million was Volume today. I know all shares didnt change hands so there has to be more on the float right? The question is how much more? What is that real number...
