If Tian owns 93% of the AS, why would he reverse split? The tradable float is something just over 700 million shares, that is very reasonable. If no reverse split, and Tien holds his shares, this will climb quickly. Does anyone believe that Lazar would screw over the shareholders? He has a lot of custodian plays, and would not jeopardize these by sabotaging shareholders.
