Wow! Did you read it in its entirety? No public filings since March of 2005! That entity is still operating based on what you just posted. That further confirms that SULJA CANADA never merged with Loftwerks in the Sulja Nevada company! The Canada Coporate entity should have ceased operations in July or August! There should have been a public filing for that to have happened. You don't realize or maybe you are starting to that this D & B combined with the OSC complaint clearly proves that the Canada company never was moved into the trading shell. That means SLJB is empty! Chances are Sulja Bros. Cananda bought SAMS as well! Not the Nevada Corporation!

25 vehicles and 30+ employees. Real assets, right?

Alot of stuff on the report didn't make sense to me... but the employees and vehicles are good news, right?

Someone else care to dissect this more? What was the date on this? Okay, 21 June 2006... nevermind

Seems like a lot of the info on there was vague as to relevance.

I'll gloss over it again.

Oh yeah... 350 accounts... that can't be all bad

This looks bad:

Financial Stress Class: 3
(Highest Risk: 5; Lowest Risk: 1)
Financial Stress National Percentile: 7
(Highest Risk: 1; Lowest Risk: 100)
Industry Median Percentile: 45

What does any of the follwoing mean???

Note the "Chief Executive", at the bottom of the report: John Sulja.

Did "we" get a new CEO? No. Steve is the CEO of the shell. They are two different corporations. The Brick and mortar used to front the PR for the shell. We own stock that is worth .0001, (at last look at the 200 remaining shares).

I wil actually be a non basher for a minute and lend in some comments on the D&B. Turns out D&B is a bit of a high pressure sales outfit in and of itself and also has some affiliation with the Who's Who list somehow out of new york. WW are not only pushy they are downright ignorant. They sucked me in for a few hundred the first year and now cant no for an answer - I basically am forced to hang up on them now

D&B itself not so bad but my reports are way skewed on the late payment end. Most of my cheap ass suppliers have 30 day payment terms FOB their dock. Their invoices print the second the last item on the order hits their dock. I may not even see that product for 7-10 days and even if I mailed a check after 2 weeks of getting the product it never seems to catch the 30 day window.

so my report is almost always paid between 30 and 60 days and I have never once had credit refused and i have numerous lines of credit and I am have about 30 suppliers where I have credit established.

Cheers
