Spiegle is barely considering the assignment, not "considering bringing them to complettion", since they would have to begin the audit all over again.

I believe this is more than the second time snips has been ib jail and was only let out a few weeks ago. I don't follow all his post but have seen him make personal attacks on others n several occasions.

WRONG! Snips was let out of jail 3 times in Dec. alone. The first on Dec,4, again on Dec.15, and once again on Dec.29. If you back you will see that he was also let out of jail back on Oct.3rd and who know when before that. As I said, snips has been given more chances that anyone else has been given and he has trouble staying out of jail more than 2 weeks at a time. Obviously, he doesn't take it seriously.
