Isn't repeatedly posting lies grounds for banning? Scorpio has been caught lying on many occasions. This has to be grounds for getting the boot. Posting lies about the RCMP investigations being over with an apology? Out and out lie. Why is he still allowed to post? Then again, he/she will just reinvent themselves and return as the rest of the new alias insiders / pumpers have done.
