I think snips needs to learn his lesson once and for all. He's been given a lot more chances than anyone else.
This is only the second time that this poster has been penalized and placed in 'jail'
I've read all of this man's posts over the last five months and feel it's important to make mention of the fact that he has been an ardent long and a very sincere poster here.
By every standard of what would constitute a reasonable competant onlooker's opinion he hasn't come even remotely close to deserving of any kind of ban on this board.
Personally, I have found him to be courteous and helpful for as long as I've had the pleasure to correspond with him.
He happens to be the poster who took time out to talk with Bernard Spiegle and reveal his conversation about their having received SLJB's financials and are indeed considering bringing them to completion for SEC filing.
I find it highly insensitive to think that his ban should be construed as his needing any kind of lesson as you say.
In fairness to those who are rendered mute in the face of an organazied project of bashing a company to extinction with a continual negative and brazen reckless characterization of others with feigned disgust...
