Yes? Then the states suing on that basis are wasting their time.

Were you born stupid or did you just get that way later in life. TX has no standing to sue another state as to how they run their elections.

If you were really a bright boy someone could back to TX and sue them for allowing only one drop box in a county disenfranchising the voters in that state.
