How long do we think it will take for AMECA to take over the shell now? And to become OTC current with

their filings?

I think they already had all the filings ready to go, as soon as they got the shell ... hopefully it will not take OTC

markets too long to get all this done.

Let’s hope it doesn’t take OTC markets more than a couple of weeks to allow AMECA to roll into the shell and

for the ticker symbol name change .... would be happy to see it all done before the end of 2020.
