I highly doubt they are considering it anymore.

Nothing like taking on an engagement auditing a company already under the microscope of the OSC. There's absolutely zero benefit for an audit firm to take on that mega-risk.

At this point auditing SLJB publically and issuing a clean opinion with your firm's reputation and legal responsibility behind it, is like pointing a high powered rifle at your foot and pulling the trigger.

AT MINIMUM, it assures that you will get to testify at some point in the future. Some people enjoy that kind of thing, but most would rather avoid it like the plague.

No audit will even be considered until they are cleared of these charges.

You just said it yourself. They are "considering" doing the audit. They have NOT commenced, nor agreed to do so, YET from what's been posted.

You continue to post things as certainty, as well as veiled nastiness towards others such as jannie yesterday, and then you backtrack and pretend you are innocent. Nobody buys that line, and you know it. Yes, there WAS something innacurate about your statement. Nothing is being driven to "completion" yet, right? A task is under consideration. Two completely different things.

First, you say the AF is being driven to completion by a named auditing firm. Then, janice shell reminds you that the job hasn't been accepted yet by Spiegel, and in your reply to her you say the SAME thing... that it's only under "consideration". So what's your point? Point is, you stated it incorrectly and in a misleading way initially.

All JMO.
