Nothing like taking on an engagement auditing a company already under the microscope of the OSC. There's absolutely zero benefit for an audit firm to take on that mega-risk.
At this point auditing SLJB publically and issuing a clean opinion with your firm's reputation and legal responsibility behind it, is like pointing a high powered rifle at your foot and pulling the trigger.
AT MINIMUM, it assures that you will get to testify at some point in the future. Some people enjoy that kind of thing, but most would rather avoid it like the plague.
No audit will even be considered until they are cleared of these charges.
