Where they are asking the Supremes to side with something that is unconstitutional.
The Electoral College votes 14-Dec. The Constitution clearly indicates that's all States on that date. A date previously defined by Congress, and can not be altered. Past the safe harbor date of 08-Dec. The Texas AG is asking the Supremes to prevent the 4 States to cast their Electoral Votes. A violation of the Constitution.
The Texas AG is making objections to voter irregularities which each of the 4 States have litigated out in their court systems. Thus, it's being asked the Supremes overturn the decisions of the State courts. Dise-enfrancise the voters of each of those States.
Also they must show that voting laws in the other States directly impact the people of Texas. GL on that.
Time for the Supremes to issue another 1 sentence of refusal to hear the case.
