As I opined, I believe if the company needed money and was diluting, the E*TRADE and TD restriction would be front and center imo. The fact is, the company only assumed it would be lifted after current status without a more aggressive approach in contacting the brokers on behalf of shareholders.. That is weak and passive. Looks to me like the company doesn’t give a sh**. That’s a problem IF the case.
