And...as I opined. The CEO holds 1M shares...much less than most posting here. Why would he care about the PPS? He holds fewer shares than most, but has those super-voting shares to make sure that those who actually put skin in the game don't get more control than he. It must be great to put yourself in the position to out-vote those who invested more than you on your own company.
