Sts, I think you may have missed the intended point of my post. In the past you have asked who can we sue and for what reason. Gv is not FDA approved for the CVD indication. If blue cross only covers the CVD indication and puts gv on tier 1 that would appear to be obvious evidence of thier intent to infringe. It might actually be evidence of fraud.
