When sports venues, clubs, etc open for more people they will not open to max capacity for quite awhile. A 15 second test is not a big deal considering you wait in security lines at sports venues, clubs, etc now anyways.

People can test a day or two prior to attending mass. Present their quick lab hall pass at the entry to gain access inside. That simple!
