While I tend to remember many of these things being able to produce the actual paperwork tends to pose a problem.
O.T.: If the season (bass) wasn't closed I would love to visit a bay near our summer place. Current temp is around 52/53 and I have fished in much worse weather than this. Unfortunately they are saying that more seasonal weather is going to move in next week.
There was a story in the paper a couple of weeks ago about the bald eagle population which had basically disappeared 25-30 years ago in this area and the wonderful comeback. I saw 8 or 10 different birds over the water this past summer. I think we now have at least 3 breeding pairs at Sacandaga. I have been watching 2 pair for the past 3 to 4 years. They have staked out their nests on different islands so whenever in the area I like to watch as they teach the young to fish. Sometimes they get bigger fish than those fishing -- lol.
rocky301, Your post brings to mind the "smile" I got from Dr. "Gerald" Hinton when speaking with him about shell companies after the first GTEL shareholders meeting!
As the company is set up today isn't there something which excludes the need to allow shareholders the right to vote on items such as Reverse Splits? I thought I heard something to the effect that the BOD had the power to deal with such issues and shareholders have no say in the matter.
