If FCEL loses this case it will be a learning experience. I am sure they will do better next time. They don't pay their legal team a lot of money TO LOSE.
On the flip side, for realists (and considering politics) - this is actually a good thing. No matter what Biden wants to do it would be naive to think we will “abandon” fossil fuels over the next 4 years. Too much money and politics involved. I’ll admit, idk a thing about the inner workings of the biz or industry but on the surface, FCEL looks to be in a great position with potential to have a market cap 10x what it is now
