Right enough, yes. But if there's litigation, with that will come publicity, and even the best and the brightest in the corporate world can really mess up in p.r. - and that's where I think FCEL needs to be very skillful in order not to lose: in that "court of public [and political] opinion" as everything starts to move very fast through the four years ahead.
