Would be easy to put the RSCF shipping unit in the back of a truck and take it where needed. All that's needed is a fork lift, found just about everywhere. It holds up to 70,000 vials and 15 days worth of cooling. Or you could use cardboard boxes with 5 days of dry ice. One could steal or hide the cardboard box. Not the RSCF freezer
