There has been lots of litigation connected to EPTI

The Roger Knox Indictment is the biggest. I had a huge write up on that on the OTC Market Research site.

Unfortunately, my old research reports from the OTC Market Research site no longer exist because the domain was not renewed.

In July 2019, the SEC also suspended a bunch of stocks (ANVV, NHEL, KOVR, CBDC, BFTI, BEAG, UPPR) that used boiler room operators which linked back to boiler room promoters used for some of the Issuers from the Knox litigation.
