Perhaps a press release will appear and the company will deny any knowledge of why the price popped.
Than you will know questions are being asked.

I am waiting to see if the merger gets finalized and the terms and if it will involve a nasty reverse split. Although Sharp will no doubt attempt to talk them into a “gentle reverse split”.

Their app is not even into full beta testing yet.
