So sharklady00, are you saying that you approved of the NAKED SHORTING engaged in by Dr. Hinton to the tune of hundreds of millions of shares?

Even the company in it's explanation of the necessity for name change/state of incorporation change spoke of the "questionable hundreds of millions of shares" held by shareholders who thought they had legitimately bought and paid for them?

sharklady00, were you around at that time? Were you aware of the NAKED SHORTING perpetrated by Dr. Hinton? Were you aware that many tens of millions of those illegitimate shares were given by Dr. Hinton to Dr. Hinton as compensation.

I believe that at that time there was ONE EMPLOYEE (Dr. Hinton) who also served as the BODs. Isn't that funny!!!!! If Dr. Hinton, the sole employee, wanted a raise all he had to do was to go to the ONE PERSON ON THE BOD (Dr. Hinton) and have him approve the printing and sale of more (illegitimate) shares.
