I think that comment dates back to February *2004* (really old)... it's an old chart of his buried in the back of his set.

the point is that the neckine is the reversal point. I should have charted it with $SOX alone... dingus! I can't edit those annotations

Let's see if this works to post a shorter time frame -- looks like "buy the SOX on dips to the green line" works okay -- I edited the SMA and added a 13 period -- for confirmation of the buy signal maybe? Not tested.
