The endocrinologist wants me to get the adenoma removed, but he's not insistent upon it because my calcium level is still within the acceptable range and has been for a couple of years. My doctor is waiting for the level to go above 13.1, but I've been able to keep it from getting higher.

I don't follow you here - "There is an inverse relationship between The Parathyroid Level and The Vit D level..!!!"

My understanding is that the adenoma causes my parathyroid gland to secrete a hormone that takes calcium from my bones and thus increases the level of calcium in my blood. But I'm taking both vitamins D3 and K2 MK7 to try to counteract those effects.

I may just have to agree to surgery, but the possibility of contracting COVID at this time is keeping me from doing it. I haven't had to have any kidney stones removed for a couple of years so maybe what I'm doing is working.

Rockleo thanks for interesting conversation

I take a vitamin D3 (1000 units) that is combined with Quercetin, fisitin and resveratrol. Plus Vitamin C and Zinc.

One thing also, I take magnesium, as I tend to get muscle cramps without it. Cramps drove me nuts for years until I started the magnesium

Thanks for the discussion of Vit D
