Sts66, I’m paraphrasing from the strategy that JT alluded to after we lost in Nevada and I’m expressing what I thought was going to happen upon a generic launch which included launching an AG or filing filing an infringement suit and or an injunction. I believe others felt the same as I did. None of those things have happened yet and that was the point.
