I believe that we'll be in a unique position once TLD is issued. I believe a lot of attention will be focused on the company, it wouldn't surprise me to see major media articles and network interviews on the company. That sort of publicity would make the bigger exchanges want to add the company . By that time we'll be in compliance with the share price, but not necessarily the duration that we've had the price for, nor will we have met filing requirements. The question is, will the exchange want us bad enough to waive listing requirement, or will we be told to make our filings in time, and come see them when we meet the requirements.
I certainly can't say, perhaps to some degree it will depend on just how high our share price is. I don't believe $4 will be a problem, but I can't say we'll have double digits immediately, but I would guess that double digit's would be likely to have an exchange make an exception.
For now, I'd like to see the Annual Report and first quarterly for next year, at that point, whether we're fully compliant or not, I think either Nasdaq or NYSE is likely to accept us. I believe it will happen near mid year, and by that time we may have a partner, and DCVax-L will be approaching approval by all four regulators, one or more may actually already approved.
