Just my observations. Bruce Poignant definitely dropped off the company's OTC profile at some point before April 2020. He started showing up again as of Nov 27th 2020. This is based from data available through the OTC Markets backend API. I wasn't pulling data prior to April 2020.

The most recent Wayback Machine snapshot that actually loads is from 1/5/2018. He's on this snapshot, but Donohoe Advisory Associates LLC isn't.

There's definitely a gap between 2018 and 2020 for Bruce and Donohoe showing up.

I would be more concerned about a move to the pinks as of right now if they keep going delinquent on SEC reporting.

Last time Q2 they filled too late with 10Q you were insiting to warn us for pink sheets horror scenarios I think 3 or 4 times nothing happened. Why should we believe you now, why should it be any different now. The last time they submitted on 2020-08-10 which is the equivalent to submitting on Dec 10th. So lets see first what happens until then ok before sounding the pink screaming alarm.
