Legal matters take 'to long' in this case to - 'Wait and See' !

Amarin has to go AG in US (take the battle to the market') - but at the same time keep the Brand - as you argue. That is the only answer to current development.

And it has to happen 'ASAP' - to take the Wind out of Generic Sails - for now Hikma.
