I doubt they are waiting on anything but analysis. Although the journal article seems to be in play as well. Thus the "re-read the Oct 5th PR" comments from DI. Once TL released, I believe we will get a flurry of PR's quickly after. Sawston update, Patent info, BLA submission, partnership? Buyout?
