So many conclusions jumped to without any proof to back them up. The fact is the process of pleadings is similar to requesting a summary judgement - asking the court to decide a case on preliminary information. They are rarely granted and most cases move on thru the judicial process. So yes, it will be a while before a revocation decision is made. But no to all the other baseless conclusions.

In reality, nothing in the document says anything about a valid defense. It only says the case can't be decided solely on the pleadings.
Any doubts on whether this is a game changer or not, just look at the the market for erhe shares today - $.0006 and less than $75 worth of volume. Looks like everyone who thinks this is a game changer bought erhe shares today.
